I founded Eastern Hearing because hearing care should feel personal. You deserve time to ask questions, space to share your concerns, and advice that makes sense for your life.
I’m a New Zealand–trained audiologist with a Master of Audiology from the University of Auckland and 16 years of clinical and leadership experience. I’m a member of the New Zealand Audiological Society (MNZAS). From your first conversation to follow-up care, you’ll see me.
I speak English, Mandarin and Hokkien, and understand Cantonese. Family members are always welcome.

No. A hearing test helps you understand your hearing and options. Kevin will explain the results and discuss what suits your needs, preferences and budget. You can take time to decide.

No referral is needed for most private appointments. If medical review or a particular funding pathway is indicated, Kevin will explain the next step.
Yes. Kevin provides care in English, Mandarin and Hokkien, understands Cantonese, and welcomes family members to attend.
Yes. Eastern Hearing is locally owned and independent, so hearing recommendations are not limited to a single manufacturer or house brand.
Appointments are available by advance booking in Albany, Greenlane, Pakuranga and Ormiston. Home visits may also be available—please call to ask.
