Because Eastern Hearing is fully independent, our recommendations are guided by your hearing, lifestyle and budget—not by a manufacturer target. We work with trusted manufacturers including Phonak, Oticon, Signia, Widex, ReSound and Starkey, giving us the freedom to compare genuine manufacturer-branded products and choose the technology most suitable for you. We do not use white-label hearing aids, and our range includes the latest manufacturer releases, including AI-enabled technology designed to support clearer speech and more comfortable listening in complex environments.

Choosing the right hearing aids is only the beginning. Our aftercare includes verification with real-ear measurements, personalised fine-tuning, clear guidance while you adjust, follow-up appointments, cleaning and maintenance support, troubleshooting, and ongoing adjustments as your hearing or listening needs change. You will continue to see Kevin, so your care remains personal and consistent.
