Privacy policy
We respect your privacy and handle your information in line with New Zealand privacy and health-information requirements.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, date of birth, contact details, health history, audiology results, GP or referrer information, and information required by ACC, Enable New Zealand or another funding pathway.
How we use information
We use this information to provide safe and continuous hearing care, manage bookings and administration, and—when authorised or permitted by law—communicate with your GP, referring health professional, funding agency or relevant supplier.
Storage and sharing
Electronic information is kept in protected systems and physical records are secured. We do not sell your information or share health information with third parties for their marketing. Information is shared only with consent, when necessary to provide your care, or when required by law.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code 2020, you can ask to access or correct personal information we hold, withdraw consent where applicable (which may affect some services), or request a copy.
