When off-the-shelf plugs aren’t working
If foam or standard-size plugs feel uncomfortable or keep falling out, a custom fit is worth considering. We’ll discuss your sleep position, the sounds that disturb you and your experience with other plugs, then assess whether SleepSound is suitable.
A snug fit can help reduce everyday noise such as a partner’s snoring or passing traffic. Fit and comfort vary, especially for side sleepers; let Kevin know if you feel pressure or the plugs move during use.
Earplugs reduce sound; they cannot create complete silence or guarantee uninterrupted sleep. They do not treat snoring or sleep apnoea. Plan how you will notice alarms or someone needing your attention.
